Since joining Stoke Mandeville Hospital Radio you will find me on the Thursday Night Request Show with Dave Storm.
My first taste of radio was in 2018 when I enrolled at De Montfort University in Leicester. One
of the many societies there was Demon FM.
Since then, presenting on radio was an itch I couldn’t get rid of. I completed an HND in
Creative Media Production at college in 2021 which was mainly focused on the
film industry. In early2024, I had an opportunity to rediscover the magic of radio when I took part in Raleigh International, a 10-week expedition in South Africa where, amongst all the trials and
tribulations, I helped produce and at least co-present 3 episodes of Raleigh Radio. This
really helped me realise that this was what I wanted to do when I got back home and that’s
what led me to Stoke Mandeville Hospital Radio.
I’ve always had a liking for music. A car journey for me would feel a little quiet and I
particularly have a soft spot for old rock music that I grew up listening to but I am also happy
to report that my musical tastes expand far beyond this.
